About Masoud

I’m Masoud Habibian, a Chartered Public Accountant and Fellow member of few other professional bodies with over 23 years’ experience in accounting, taxation, and business advisory. As Co-Founder of Xigma Accountants in Adelaide, I bring real-world expertise to tutoring in accounting, finance, and tax, helping students improve grades, skills, and confidence through a student-centered approach.

My goal is to make concepts in finance, tax, economics, and accounting accessible, engaging, and practical. Lessons typically run 60–90 minutes and include visual aids, real-life examples, practice problems, and interactive discussions.

I am a Chartered Accountant in Australia with a strong academic background in finance and accounting. With several years of tutoring experience, I have helped both adult learners and students preparing for internships achieve confidence and success in their studies.

All fees quoted are in AUD and exclude GST.

• Standard rate: $140 / hour (market reference).
• Current per-session rate: $110 / hour.
• Student / fresh-start (concession rate) : $85 / hour (for University/College/VET starters).
• Session lengths: 30, 60, and 90–120 minute options available to suit tutorials, check-ins and deep dives.
• Cancellation: please provide at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee (details agreed at booking).
