About Elsie
DCF VALUATION and PORTFOLIO THEORY form the core of my technical toolkit for students. Sometimes I forget that financial concepts are not intuitive for everyone at first.
CFA FOUNDATIONS and RISK AND RETURN are essential building blocks for your growth. Having taught 70 students over 3 years I have seen many common struggles. Time value of money and FINANCIAL MODELING become simpler with consistent practice.
My MSc Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan guides my teaching style. I focus on CORPORATE FINANCE and COST OF CAPITAL to keep our work relevant. You will find that I keep our sessions grounded in the real world.
