About Iva
I am an outgoing and motivated individual with keen interests such as exercising and cooking. I enjoy communicating with people and expanding my network. I am very passionate about maths; I like problem-solving and I love a good challenge. I understand maths can be difficult but I believe I can help students succeed.
I aspire to teach maths as I have benefited from tutoring during my GCSEs and A-levels. I know how invaluable it is so I’m eager to share my tips and insights.

I am incredibly passionate about Maths because it challenges me to solve complex problems analytically. Also, I find that it’s exciting to look for solutions through various methods.
My qualifications show that I understand the subject well and have the intellect to teach it having achieved an A* in GCSE and a B at A-level.
As a tutor, I will create a supportive environment and ensure my teaching is tailored to the student's needs. I will provide a starter task for the student to ease them into the lesson. We will build goals together followed by proactive feedback. A typical lesson length would be 1 hour long but can be extended if required. My lessons are targeted at GCSE students as it is an area best suited for my skills.
I am an enthusiastic individual with a love for Maths and I am determined to see students succeed in the subject.
