About Omar
I'm Omar, a final-year medical student at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in Italy. I have taught English online through Preply since July 2024 and speak English, Arabic and Italian.
I am bringing my medical knowledge and online teaching experience to biology tutoring. My aim is to make complex ideas easier to understand through clear explanations, visual examples and patient, structured practice.
I work with students preparing for Cambridge IGCSE and AS & A Level Biology, alongside high-school biology learners and undergraduate students seeking help with anatomy, physiology and cell biology. We will agree on your learning goals and build lessons around your course and current understanding.

My online lessons support Cambridge IGCSE and International AS & A Level Biology students, as well as learners studying general high-school biology, cell biology, anatomy and physiology. We start by checking your syllabus, goals and the topics you find difficult.
A typical lesson combines a short review, a clear explanation using diagrams and examples, guided practice and feedback. For exam preparation, we can work through exam-style questions, interpret graphs and experimental data, and practice writing precise scientific answers.
My medical training helps me connect relevant biology topics to human health while keeping lessons aligned with your course, including plant biology and ecology. I can also support undergraduate students with foundational anatomy and physiology.
Lessons can be taught in English, with Arabic or Italian explanations when useful. Homework support focuses on helping you understand and complete your own work.
