About Anvvi
I'm a final-year engineering student, currently working as a Software Engineer Intern. Math has always come naturally to me, and over the years I've genuinely enjoyed helping people understand it rather than just solving problems for them.
I decided to start teaching because I've realized I'm good at explaining things simply - breaking down a confusing topic into something that actually makes sense, without unnecessary complexity. Combining a strong math foundation with a background in software engineering also means I can connect concepts to logical, real-world thinking, which many students find easier to relate to than pure theory.
I want to share that clarity with more students, especially those who feel math is intimidating or who've fallen behind and just need the right explanation to catch up. Teaching, for me, isn't just about getting through a syllabus - it's about making sure you leave each session actually understanding the topic, confident enough to solve similar problems on your own.
I'm currently available on weekends and looking forward to working with school and college students who want a patient, clear, and approachable teacher.

My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals rather than memorizing formulas -I want you to understand why a concept works, not just how to apply it in an exam. I break topics down step by step, use real examples wherever possible, and encourage lots of questions along the way.
Being a student myself, I've always been the one my friends come to right before exams, when time is short and all they need is clarity - someone who can explain a topic in a way that actually makes sense and sticks, instead of adding more confusion. That's exactly the kind of teaching I bring to my classes: simple, clear explanations that save you time and actually stay with you.
A typical class starts with a quick recap of what we covered last time, followed by working through new concepts together with example problems, and ending with practice questions so you can apply what you just learned. If you're preparing for exams, we focus more on solved problems and common question patterns closer to test dates.
What sets me apart is that I currently work as a software engineer, so I naturally connect maths to logical thinking and problem-solving - something that's especially useful if you're a college student in engineering, computer science, or any technical field. I also stay very patient with beginners; if something isn't clicking, we slow down and approach it differently rather than moving on.
My classes are suitable for school students (Grades 6–12) working on algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus, as well as college-level students needing help with calculus, linear algebra, discrete mathematics, probability, and statistics. Whether you're catching up on missed basics or trying to get ahead, I adjust the pace and depth based on where you're starting from.
