About Klara

Dear future student,

my name is Klara Jovanov and I am 22 years old. Nice to e-meet you! As someone passionate about younger students helping them either hones their CV skills, help improve English vocabulary or teach about
cinematic language is something that makes me extraordinarily happy. Currently, I am a third-year undergraduate student pursuing my
degree in Film and Media at the University of Stirling. I love teaching younger people either about the culture of a certain place, how to build your LinkedIn or building an attractive CV for a future employer whether for university, interships
placements, and etc.

Intellectually timulating questions, incorporating different values, views and cultures,enocuraging decision -making, and brainstorming I engage with my students whether the topic of the lesson is the basics of film criticism or irregular verbs

About the lesson

The classes that last 45 u taking place on Zoom are
full of interactive quizzes, tasks and questions proposed by the teacher. The classes are interactive therefore consistency is key. My students are from the age of 14- 18 y olds preparing for university in the fields of Arts and Humanities.
However, if a student is preparing for a different type of degree it is completely fine.
I have previously worked as Scout Leader for three years monitoring the same age group of young teenagers. Previously,
I gave some private lessons in r to critical thinking, Film studies, CV building and helping multiple future students f
university courses or internships of their dreams.
As passionate about helping younger teengeteenagersng themselves as future undergraduates the mental health
of my students is my top priority.
As someone who has working besides being a tutor jobs in the film industry/ arts sector and beyond I also provide addtional
career advice and tips how to actually get an interview or an
internship and additional resources.
