I have struggled with my weight for past 6 Years. I don't want my page to be anything like these "fitness influencers" most of the time it is completely forged.


Unhealthy reasons for weight loss that's not talked about.

- Stress
- Depression or mental health
- Eating disorders
- Medications side effects

I know those tiny girls with those small bodies may seem appealing to you. It did to me too until I became one, 90% of them are underweight and have moderate to severe eating disorders aswell as body dismorphic disorder or are clinically depressed.

Anyone with a very low body fat % will have their abs revealed to an extent does not mean they are healthy or happy.
To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit.

There is no pill, no supplement no 5 minute craft, no belt , no drink that can do what they promise, no 3 day apple diet, no 5 day military diet, no fat burners, no green tea. I would know I've tried them all including water fasting.

Google/influencers are not a Lisenced dietician or exercise specialist you will waste your time, money and motivation.

For some reason being thin is supposedly the dominantly attractive aspect a woman can have, WHY?

It's one thing to be in a life threatening situation with your weight as to be being overweight but when you have a perfectly normal healthy working body why is there this desire to change it to what you think is better?

It's possibly your environment which shaped your perspective. There is NOT a thing that is wrong or ugly about your body. As a child you may have only been called beautiful once you were a particular size or you only got that guy after you slimmed down or you only got proper recognition after you could fit into that tiny princess ball gown.

Society is a platform where people only share the highlights of their life and alter it as much as possible. You don't need to develop insecurities on their behalf. If you want to change your body then do it for you and only you.

I am to help you get to be where you want to be. Male or female with whatever goal you may have, weight gain, tone up, weight loss and so on so fourth.
