About Farquhar

I have been playing and teaching the violin to children and adults for 35 years, some of whom are now also figures in Scottish music. I also teach adults who want to learn to improvise and/or are looking to create their own musical identity.

For the record, I was 6 years old, I passed in front of a piano, I tried to play a few notes and the rhythm and the sounds came together naturally. Music then became obvious to me. Today, I had the chance to perform on stage in several European countries and in the United States.

It is always with great pleasure to share my passion :)

About the lesson

⿮ WHO AM I?

I am a figure in the music scene on the Isle of Skye (Scotland), I have taught and accompanied many artists and students. I have developed a personal method to guide each student according to their uniqueness.
