About Domenic

I am Domenic Roylance, a fashion designer and educator passionate about sharing my knowledge of the fashion industry. With a Master's degree from Central Saint Martins in Fashion (Womenswear) and professional experience across prestigious fashion houses including Oscar de la Renta, Safiyaa, and SERENA BUTE LONDON, I bring both academic excellence and industry insight to my teaching. As the creative force behind the emerging label Roylance, I embrace emotion, craft, and experimentation in my design philosophy. My work explores unconventional silhouettes alongside historical and cultural references, reflecting my commitment to artistic expression. My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Design in Fashion and Textiles (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, where my graduate collection earned me the 2019 Australian Fashion Foundation Scholarship and the 2020 Carla Zampatti Foundation Design Award. I believe in nurturing creativity while providing strong technical foundations. My teaching approach combines rigorous design principles with encouragement for individual expression, helping students develop their unique voice while mastering essential industry skills. About the lesson

As a fashion design tutor, I approach each session with personalised attention, adapting my teaching methods to each student's learning style and goals. As a designer, I bring my background in luxury fashion and my education from Central Saint Martins (MA Fashion) to every lesson. • Lessons are suitable for beginners to advanced students • I work with teenagers preparing for design school applications to adults pursuing creative careers • Specialising in fashion illustration, CAD skills, pattern making, and portfolio development.
