About Sol
For the longest time I have found great pleasure in playing physical and digital games (as most people of this generation did). However, I was never truly fascinated until I started to indulge in to the deeper concepts games have to offer.
I believe this is a great subject to teach as it is easily enjoyable, regardless of it becomes a hobby or turns into a profession. In addition, learning the different aspects of game design allows people to branch out into several other areas of expertise which they may find through learning about this subject.
Furthermore, wanting to learn programming in general (not just game design) opens the door to more opportunities such as Web Development, Software Designing, Robotics etc.
There is no limit to what you can learn in this area, which is why I want to show my full dedication when teaching the area I love so much.

Teaching for KS2-KS3 would be ideal to give the younger generation the opportunity students my age didn't have. It could create highly sought out interest from a young age, possibly giving them an advantage in the future.
Teaching for GCSE level to refine specialised or generalist skills for students who already have an interest in the area.
Would suggest a 70/30 practical to theory methodology, allowing more time to enjoy this subject with tutor sessions which could inspire them to want to learn more. I would like to aim for 30-90 minute sessions, varying depending on subject and student individual work ethic. Wanting to provide a tailored experience.
