About Maya

I am a Maths tutor with over 5 years of experience and hold an MSc in Applied Mathematics. My teaching is shaped by a passion for exploring the deeper connections between mathematics and the natural world. I integrate concepts from chaos theory and fractal geometry into practice, helping students see how mathematics explains the complexity of systems around us. About the lesson

My teaching approach in Mathematics is gentle, reflective, and centred on deep conceptual understanding. Instead of memorisation, I emphasise reasoning and discovery, which creates long-term understanding. For those working on research, advanced assignments, or personal projects, I provide dedicated support and feedback.
