I have taught lessons for 2 years now, and I know that each student is different.
First, I understand what is their need:
1. Is it a test they are scared of?
2. A lesson they really just want to get right?
3. Or just someone to bounce ideas off of?
Whatever the need is, I am here to make sure that the content they receive is what they need and want.
Second, as we dive in, I intend to help them on homework, review their previous assessments, and plan for their next steps.
Third, as they continue to progress, I continuously review their goals to keep a running educational history for them and provide consistent encouragement
