About Clifford
One day in 1995, one of my best friends called me on the telephone, and in a very excited voice yelled "Cliff! Cliff! You've got to check this out! It's gonna be huge! It's called the Internet!" From that moment on I was hooked, and within a few short weeks I had learnt to code in HTML before anyone knew what websites were really for. I even clearly remember explaining to people why email was going to be really useful. Thirty years on and I have been lucky enough to have owned a successful web development business, employing 10 staff members and 4 offices at Elstree Film Studios, and having built and launched an award-winning Science and Technology website portal that rode the .com boom of the early 2000's, attracting millions of visitors and lots of media coverage in books and magazines, as well as winning .net magazine's top 100 UK websites award every month for more than a year. In recent years I have enjoyed teaching people how to build and market their websites and e-commerce businesses online at minimal cost. I am also an avid creative, filming and producing YouTube videos, and composing and producing my own music albums, of which I have 21 albums on Spotify.

If your brain overheats when considering all of the complexities of WordPress plugins, hosting, templates, themes, CSS, SEO, HTML and PHP, then take a breath and ask me to show you the best way forward without getting stressed and confused. I've been building and marketing websites since the internet first appeared in the UK in 1995, and have run training workshops and classes for businesses both large and small. I also mentor web designers and am always on hand to help guide my students through any technical difficulties they may encounter. Lessons are usually an hour long and conducted online, although in-person workshops are also available.
