About Nolan

About the lesson

I am a dedicated Piano tutor with 10 years of experience teaching school students, college learners, and working professionals. I enjoy helping students at all levels, whether they are complete beginners or looking to improve their skills. My lessons focus on performance, music theory, and composition, and I adjust my teaching style based on each student’s goals and pace. I believe learning piano should be joyful and stress-free, while still helping students grow in skill and confidence.

My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and creativity. I aim to create a supportive space where students feel free to express themselves through music. Over the years, I have helped students prepare for music exams, win school competitions, and even compose their first pieces. One of my proudest achievements is guiding several adult learners to return to piano after many years and helping them rediscover their love for music.
