About Manuel
Italian pizza enthusiast, I lived several years in France and in the United States of America, with many years of teaching experience (students of all ages). Looking forward to introducing you to the world of pizza for lots of fun!

Learn how to prepare different types of pizza: Neapolitan pizza like in Naples, pizza a taglio, Roman pizza, focaccia... Courses dedicated to learning how to:
1) choose the ingredients and prepare the dough,
2) roll out the dough,
3) prepare the seasoning,
4) and master cooking for a perfect pizza!
Courses suitable for all ages (adults and children from 5 years old), flexible duration.
