About Monica Natalia Narvaez

As an Ecuadorian educator with a neutral accent, I bring over a decade of teaching experience in Ecuador's educational system, catering to students of all ages, from children to adults, in English as a second language. Over the past two years, I've transitioned to teaching Spanish as a second language within the public education system in the United States. My academic journey includes a bachelor's degree earned in Ecuador and a master's degree attained in Spain, providing me with a rich and diverse understanding of language acquisition and pedagogical approaches.

Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of my students, fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. About the lesson

In my Spanish for Foreigners lessons, I tailor the curriculum to address each student's individual needs and skill areas for improvement. This includes integrating cultural expectations, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation refinement, and topics of personal interest to the student. I assist students through written and spoken personal opinions, engaging them in various activities with a focus on literary and grammatical elements.
