About Marsha

• 2nd Year Actuarial Science undergraduate in Universiti Malaya
• A Level: A* Math, A Physics, B Further Math, B Economics
• SPM: A+ Math, A Add Math (9As overall)
• 4+ years tutoring experience (since 2022)
• 30+ Students taught, currently tutoring ~10 students
• Languages spoken: English, Mandarin, Malay

As someone who struggled with certain fields in math to now studying a math degree, I get it, Math can be tough. Although, through experience and practice, I've developed effective methods to break down complex concepts into simple, intuitive steps!

My goal is to not only improve my students' academic achievements, but to also instil confidence and independence in their critical thinking and problem solving skills.

About the lesson

Lessons are tailored to each students' needs and learning pace.

My typical lesson structure:
- Clear explanations of key concepts
- Step-by-step guided problem solving
- Targeted practice using past examination questions
- Guidance on exam techniques and common mistakes
- At the end of each lesson, homework is assigned

This approach allows for students to strengthen their conceptual understanding. Ultimately, bringing them one step closer to mastering concepts while improving their exam performance.
