About Harper
I am an experienced engineering tutor with 20 years of teaching students at all levels, from high school to university. Over the years, I have successfully guided 150–200 students to achieve academic excellence and build strong problem-solving skills. My teaching philosophy is centered on clarity, understanding, and practical application. I focus on helping students grasp fundamental concepts in subjects like electrical and mechanical engineering, circuit design, power systems, thermodynamics, control systems, and materials science.
I believe learning is most effective when it is interactive and collaborative. I encourage students to ask questions, explore ideas, and engage deeply with the material. My approach is flexible, adapting to each student’s pace and learning style, while promoting integrity, discipline, and positivity. I combine theoretical explanations with practical examples, hands-on exercises, and real-world applications to make engineering both understandable and exciting.

Watching students gain confidence, master challenging concepts, and apply their knowledge creatively is the most rewarding part of my work.
