About Jacopo

I am a cook, currently chef de Partie , I have worked in important environments where I have learned a lot. I want to put my knowledge at the service of others to teach what I can do best. I gave private lessons, but never for a fee.

About the lesson

My approach is based first on learning the technique on the raw material, such as food cuts and cooking, preservation and risks, then getting to the heart of Italian gastronomy: pasta, bread-making, raw, regional recipes. Also available in single lessons.
