About Danielle
A Senior Leadership consultant leading private projects and public across Civil Service. My corporate career began frontline, as a quiet, withdrawn receptionist. Using my passion about learning & development as a shield, I have quickly and successfully, worked my way into domestic & international senior spaces over the last 6 years. With an often unique (obsessively researched) perspective, I found my voice in more decision making rooms. Each time using new found skills more to persuade & convince others. I then, began actively seeking gaps & connecting the dots where others did not. I now spend much of my time consulting, designing and delivering evidence based programmes. I advocate for 'doers' as well as the talkers & the dreamers. I have collected many fails, wins, tools and lessons that help me to design effective ways to support others. I actively create a safe and inclusive environment to deliver training, coaching, mentoring, creative thinking, project development & design.

My practical approach is bespoke and open to all levels of understanding; - - We meet (1st for free) to discuss your goals/milestones (to see if we're happy to continue) - I use that info to design and propose a development programme -We 'contract' the times/length and frequency of your sessions -We close whenever suitable Qualifications;- - MA Human Resource Management - BA Music & Media Management - BA Events Management - Workplace Mediation - Mental Health First Aid I am currently pursuing my PhD in Occupational Psychology, it combines my academic loves; good research > good data = transformational change.
