Namaste! I’m Sudha Pendarkar, a certified and experienced Yoga Trainer from The Yog Institute, santacruz with over 12 years of teaching experience. I have guided students of different age groups through personal sessions, group classes, and corporate yoga programs. My expertise includes Traditional Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pre -Post natal Yoga,Meditation, and holistic wellness. My classes are personalised according to each student’s goals, age, and health condition. I offer Traditional Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Flexibility, Strength, and Stress Management sessions. ₹750 hour for personal classes, ₹550/hour for online sessions. Package options are available. The first 1-hour trial class is free to understand your needs and create the right yoga plan for you.
