I am a Hatha yoga certified teacher from India. Over the last 6+ years, I have taught in India, Netherlands & United Kingdom. My personal practice is a mix of Hatha/Ashtanga and Dharma. I have been passionate about this practice for over 10+ years & till date, I am constantly working on improving my personal practice.

I teach beginner/intermediate-advanced yoga lessons. Classes can be Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin, as per your preference. I teach in and around E17 and N17 neighbourhoods. Online or in person classes tailored to suit your needs will be organised.
