About Shubhanyu
I have written one novella and actually been accepted by a publisher. One day I hope to either be a novelist, a politician or a lawyer. I have a profound interest in philosophy, economics, politics, psychology, English, and sociology. I am a person of strong opinions and always a desire to learn more. I also believe in variety and if you ever see my bookshelf you're see a diverse selection of books ranging from Peter Kropotkin to George Orwell to Shashi Tharoor to Ayn Rand. I am a great fan of debating and acting, with a great of love of the performing arts. I live in Wellington and go to Newlands College

I believe in a hands-on approach to teaching in which the students actually feels motivated to learn and the desire to know more. I feel that too often people give too much control to the teacher and the student follows along. In my classes, I will let the student express their desires and direct what they want to learn with me merely serving as a mentor and guide. However, I adapt easily and whether you want me to run the entire show or for me to simply listen to you, I shall follow along. I don't believe in one-sided fits all and I believe in tailoring my teacher method to the student
