About Ted

Hello! I’m a passionate math tutor with over 6 years of experience helping students in grades 7-12 master algebra, trigonometry, and calculus. I believe math doesn’t have to be intimidating—in fact, it can be fun, interactive, and incredibly rewarding with the right approach!

I use an animated avatar and voice modulation software to create a friendly, engaging atmosphere for my students. This unique setup not only makes sessions enjoyable but also ensures privacy and comfort for both myself and my students. In each lesson, I use interactive tools like Excalidraw and Desmos Classroom, allowing us to work through problems together step-by-step. This hands-on approach helps students visualize and grasp challenging concepts effectively.

My tutoring style is built around patience, personalization, and clear explanations. Every student learns differently, so I tailor each session to meet individual needs, whether it’s mastering foundational skills, preparing for exams, or simply boosting confidence in math.

I offer a “pay only if you learn” guarantee—if you or your child doesn’t feel like the session was beneficial, you won’t be charged. My goal is genuine understanding and success in math, and I’m committed to making that happen.
