About Wali
I'm currently pursuing two degrees at The University of Texas at Dallas in Finance and Economics. I have a sub-specialization in Mathematics and have both excelled in and taught a number of core math classes. My favorite class, both in having taken and in teaching, was Integral Calculus. It is by far my most commonly tutored subject.

I've always been a believer that high performance in any subject is based on having a proper understanding at a conceptual level. This particularly applies in the realm of the sciences and mathematics, although the present educational system scarcely emphasizes it. I apply this in my teaching, and make it a point that my students understand the concepts and ideas, and don't resort simply to memorizing formulas.
This formula for teaching I've used for the last two years in successfully tutoring every subject from Arabic to Calculus of multiple variables.
