About Dawn J

Javi provides guidance for yoga and meditation as well as life coaching and holistic healing remedies to help you remain stress free and relaxed for life!

Balancing life is about having a healthy mindset. Eating properly, and staying active to care for your body and making sure you stay spiritually connected through meditation.

I have been passionate about Holistic Health for about 8 years now. After I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and my husband sugfered a Brain Aneurysm. I have been practicing meditation for about 4 years and yoga for about 3 years now! I am passionate about teaching others how Yoga and Meditation doesnt have to be scary! It can be very easy to get started!! You cannot be healthy withiut healing and most people beed a guide to heal. Allow me to be your guide to healing!

I love THE JOURNEY of the practive and teaching people that Holistic Living isnt about being perfect, its about showing up! You can live to your fullest potential when you accept who you are and that you aren’t flawed, but you may beed a nudge in the right direction. My goal is to help set you on a path to heal YOURSELF and I am honored to be your guide.

About the lesson

We begin with an introductory call where we discuss what areas of your life you would like coaching in to eliminate stress and help you find your peace. During this phone call we will discuss a few things.

1. Your stress triggers and any physical ailments or symptoms

2. Your personal goal- what you would like to accomplish with me

3. We will also address any emotional concerns.

With this intorductory call you will Recipes a personalized digital handbook guide yhat you can use to adjust your life

OR we discuss a coaching Plan for 6 weeks or 12 weeks.
