About Jennifer
Motivated yoga instructor with a lifelong passion for improving the health and wellness of others. I am a licensed professional counselor with over twelve years of experience working with adults, children and adolescents. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and am dedicated to the well-being of my clients.
After many days, weeks, hours of teaching my fellow classmates, family members and friends, I began teaching formally through TruFit in Lone Tree. I will be leading a family yoga event the week of Thanksgiving and also volunteer teaching in my daughter's second grade class which should be interesting : )
I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University (2003) and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004. I completed the LifePower Yoga 200 hour teacher training through Lifetime Fitness in July 2017 and am currently a yoga instructor at TruFit. Throughout the course of my career I have continued my education through trainings regarding utilizing yoga and mindfulness to assist my clients with improving their emotional, mental and physcal health.

I believe people deserve a professional who is a good fit for them and am willing to have a brief phone consultation to allow clients the opportunity to see if we are a good match.
I have experience working with adults as well as children of all ages.
My advice is don't be afraid to reach out and be assertive in sharing your goals/needs with the professional. You are the client and deserve to share your time, energy and money with someone who you truly feel is a good fit for you.
I am very excited for the upcoming Family Yoga night at TruFit as we will be bringing together parents and their teens for an enriching interactive workshop and yoga practice.

Details
Pricing is $60 for a one person 60 min session. A 3 class package can be purchased for $55 per class and 5 classes at $50 a class.
Rates for more than one person are negotiable.
