About Winter
I am a meditation and yoga teacher, a spiritual counselor and reiki master. I use several different modalities including yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, sound healing and energy work. I have been dedicated to this practice for 20 years.
I truly enjoy helping others find their path, assisting them with their own personal healing process.
I have been teaching and helping others my whole life, when I started homeschooling my son I had time to step beyond a traditional career and help people more directly.
MA in Psychology, Certified Spiritual Healing, Reiki Master, RYT-200 Yoga Teacher
