About Julia
I have a passion for learning and teaching that I have developed over the years. I started by teaching Spanish to English speakers. I design my classes to be fun and tailored to each student's needs.
After practicing yoga for many years, I decided to take a Yoga Teacher Training course to deepen my practice. As I became more comfortable, I started teaching at various yoga studios. Now, I own my own yoga studio in Lompoc and teach multiple classes per day. My goal is to help my students relax, be physically active, and enjoy life more fully. I offer yoga classes in both English and Spanish, depending on your preference.
I began teaching Spanish when a close friend needed help learning basic phrases for his trip to Mexico. He returned, we continued the lessons, and he eventually became fluent in Spanish. Through this experience, I discovered my passion for teaching. Following my passion, I became a trained yoga instructor and worked for various studios. Today, I proudly own a yoga studio where my students can practice and learn in a nurturing environment.
I have a 200H Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
6 years of experience as a Spanish and English teacher.
