About Jami
I have a 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification and a restorative yoga certification as well.
I am a school counselor by degree with extensive training in Trauma-Informed practices. That comes into my practice each time and I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment.
I love being more flexible after practicing yoga but I mostly love watching others learn to see the power of their body and their breath. Emotional and physical progress is my goal!
I'm also a climber so working with other climbers is super fun!

Jami is very knowledgeable of the yoga practice and helps with the individual needs of the members in her class. She has helped my problem area (my shoulder), as well as my overall fitness. She gives many variations to allow for success. I love her class!
