About Simone

Everything is yoga. Yoga is not just 60/90 minutes yoga meditation practise. Its more then that. Its becoming peacefully within you, its seeing and believing in who you really are and what you can do. How special and beautiful you are. Its the nature. Its you. Actually yoga is an adventure. Its exploring yourself so why not going outside and being in nature. Meditate with the sound of the waterfall, birds the ocean or just your breathing. Doing your asana practise outside with the fresh air. Your body and mind is an adventure. Where does it go?

You are special so you deserve the best.

My name is Simone and this feeling of what yoga actually mean to me came not that long ago. This feeling came with me actually while I was meditating in my yoga teacher training 300 hours in India. It came so naturally and so beautiful that i thought i need to do something with it. So for me i love to combine nature, meditation and asana practise together. It became a goal and when i started to believe in myself a reality. Thats also how you can achieve your goals in everything you want. I can help you with it. Believe. Believe in you and just be who you are. Be you. And thats the feeling that you will get with my practise. You will feel yourself, you will feel warmpth and that you are actually Home. As well I love to run and being active in the gym... this are also things where I can help you with.. helping achieving your goals. 😊💪

The most I enjoy is actually the people. And the people are actually the teachers for me. Every human being is different so every practise is different. If i can achieve the goals what the persons does have is like my dream comes true.
