About Amber
Pravasana Yoga and Holistic Health and Wellness is a space for healing, personal growth, and the development of a healthy lifestyle. We offer private, family, corporate and group yoga classes. In addition, we offer holistic health and wellness coaching to assist in creating a happier, healthier lifestyle. The foundation of Pravasana is the belief that when your mind, body, and spirit are in alignment you will create peace and harmony within. Pravasana thrives on encouraging each individual to reach their optimal level of existence, balancing alignment, and living in integrity with one’s heart.
Throughout the years of practicing yoga and the many benefits it offered me I wanted to extend its gifts out into the world.
200 hour YTT with Pranashama Institute
300 hour YTT (completion in September) with Yoga Journey
AFPA Holistic Nutrition and Life Coach certification (completion in October)
