About Lauren
Hi there friends. I offer private & group yoga lessons with an initial whole systems wellness consultation. With a background in Yin yoga, traditional chinese medicine, permaculture and herbalism, I love to create classes designed to reharmonize the body. Calling ourselves home to the deep wisdmon that lies within each & everyone of us. During our initial meeting, we will go over your energy, injuries, desired outcomes, and together we will construct a plan that will nuture your soul into reviving & thriving in whatever way resonates with you. I am here as a guide, friend, and collaborator on this healing journey we call life!
