About Shannon
Welcome to Sacred Forces, your personal sanctuary for energy therapy, yoga and meditation in Bristol, TN.
With a focus on holistic wellness, I offer personalized yoga classes that cater to all levels, promoting physical strength and mental clarity.
My meditation sessions are designed to help you find inner peace and balance in a supportive environment.
I also provide Healing Touch sessions which can be beneficial for many things including: promoting balance, aiding in stress reduction, and enhancing recovery after surgery.
