I am a curious person that likes to ask why, what, and how. I study history to better understand why things are the way they are and what we could learn from history. I hope to facilitate a generally greater interest in the subject by sharing my knowledge and understanding in history.

I take on an independent approach in my lessons as I believe that everyone learns differently. My lessons will mainly help develop your critical thinking skills by engaging with the discussion of various historical periods and topics. I will also help you with your writing skills, particularly in structuring thorough and evidence-based arguments. Hopefully, you will also actively engage in the lessons.

Hadrian is very passionate about history and is very knowledgeable in the subject. While he is most familiar with Hong Kong History, Chinese History, Food History, and 20th Century History, he also studies and engages with history of other periods. He has been offering tutoring services for over 2 years and his passion in teaching has helped multiple students achieve better grades as well as gaining a better understanding of current affairs.
