About Jessica

I have a love for swimming,and I believe everyone should know how. For sport, for leisure, and most importantly for life preservation. I learned at a young age, and then I joined a swimming team as a teenager in my native country. I love the water and love practicing what I learned. I always remember my coaches who still teach till this day 28 years later, I have always had this thought to pass on what I learned from them.

a beautiful skill everyone should know. And will never forget.

I teach my friends and family when I believe everyone should know how to swim, I have never done it with strangers, though I am confident I can share my knowledge with others to help everyone who is willing to learn this skill that can save lives. 



My training in swimming started since I was 5 years old, informally with family at rivers, and pools, until I was 12 I joined the national swimming team in my country of Honduras C.A Delfines del Maya, the best team and most popular in Honduras for having trained gold mentalist of Central America. Great Coaches who integrated Honduran as well as international trainers. Teaching us the techniques of professional swimming. Monday- Saturday 4 hours each day. Training us for competitions around the country and Internationally. Trained for 4 years with my team Delfines del Maya that I will always remember with all my love.

Introduction, learning what the client knows and how comfortable they are with what they know, and where they want to go and what goals they have. Letting them know what my education is. At the end of the first lesson we can asses what they have learned that day to plan the next steps and leave them with a few  things to practice before the next class.



Kids, and adults.



Make sure they know technique and give you diverse exercises in and out of the water teaching and informing safety and a love for teaching and making sure you know the basics and pay attention to your technique. 



Swimming in the beach and at my pool. A few years ago my friends and I went Honduras and went to the river and falls to swim, also I was in Hawaii, and Jamaica also Costa Rica all to enjoy the water and do swimming snorkeling kayaking etc.
