About Tim

I coach all levels of endurance athletes from beginner to pro. I am highly certified in triathlon, cycling, and swimming. I specialize in swim, bike, and run technique and training. I am able to help you become more efficient, less susceptible to injury, be safer in each discipline, and help you achieve your best.

USAT Level 2 Coach

I love to see the progression of athletes as they see the physical adaptations occurring as well as the confidence they acquire thru learning new skills, training for their goals, and competing / performing in their chosen events.

Highly trained thru USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, and ASCA (American Swim Coaches of America). I am trained to work with all ages and abilities with special certification in youth and junior athletes, elite athletes, and extensive experience with beginners.

About the lesson

We meet up and go over the basics that are needed to build a foundation for higher level skills. For example, with a cyclist it is normal to just jump into a group ride and give it a try. I go over the skills that need to be mastered first and then go into the ride better prepared for success.
