About Daniel
Danny, a proud native of the Northwest, has a deep connection to the ocean, going beyond its watery surface. It's his sanctuary, offering solace from the hectic daily grind. Graci, hailing from Portland, developed her love for nature amidst stunning coastlines and majestic mountains. Her first encounter with surfing was on Oahu's sandy shores, owing to her father's Hawaiian heritage. Her heart truly lies with Oregon's beaches, where she raises her child, fearlessly braving the waves in wetsuits. Exploring the coastline, camping under starry skies, and riding waves ignite their passions. Graci believes everyone deserves the chance to experience the ocean's beauty and power firsthand. With her extensive knowledge, she eagerly guides others on unforgettable, enjoyable, and safe surfing adventures. She's thrilled to meet new people and share.
Saturdays and Sundays are open for surfing lessons all year round and available to people of all ages. Whether you're coming with a group or family, I've got you covered. We'll start with a lesson on the sand, where I'll guide you through stretching exercises and teach you how to pop up and stand on your board. I'll also give you insights on the local surf culture and etiquette, so you can blend in with the locals.
You will have me all day, normally a 2 hr lesson would run you $200. But because you have me for 4-7 hours my cost is a wee bit higher, Throughout the day, I'll be with you in the water to ensure your safety and fun. Morning conditions are ideal for surfing, so we'll meet up early.
Don't forget to pack lunch, water, sunscreen, towel, and most importantly, a big smile. Surfing in the Northwest is a unique experience that you won't find anywhere else.
