About Kevin
I am educated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and minoring in Nutrition. I was a highly competitive athlete through out high school and still participate in sports. I have worked with college level athletes in softball, baseball, basketball, soccer, track and football. I provide science based training to enhance and improve your fitness and/or sport performance.
