About Jose

My session include a variety of drills and exercises tailored to the individual. The sessions will help with mental foucus, agility and endurance.

I am a passionate soccer player with 16 years of playing experience. I have played on a variety of teams from coed, to indoor and local sports leagues. That is why I enjoy being able to help young athletes develop their soccer skills and to serve as a mentor to help them reach their performance goals.

I have 4x4, 7x7 and 9x9 Soccer certificate from US soccer. I am currently in the process of completing the 11x11 certificate and D-license coaching certification through US Soccer.

About the lesson

I have mainly worked with youth soccer players ranging from ages 8-16.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about your goals as a soccer player. What areas do you consider your strengths and what do you struggle with? In what areas do you want to improve? Once you come up with a list, ask your coach how they can help you with your goals. This will help create a custom plan to help you achieve them.
