About Kyle

I have had a love of music my whole life and have studied music and voice at numerous universities, eventually obtaining my bachelors degree at University of the Arts in Philadelphia. I've recently developed a passion for helping people discover, grow, and nurture their musical skills and I have great joy in helping people achieve their goals of succeeding in the music industry.

I thought about teaching for a while now, but didn't know which direction to go in. Then, I decided to quit my full-time job selling cars to do music full-time and finally start my own studio to support myself!

I have received a bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. I also studied opera for a year at Catholic University in Washington D.C. as well as participated in summer programs at Berklee College of Music in Boston.

About the lesson

First, I would get to know the student's desired musical direction. What is their voice type, what genres are they into, personal goals, etc. Are they looking to do music professionally, do it as a side gig, or just for fun? Then we would pick out repertoire that the student wants to do and expound upon their musical knowlegde and even go into music theory.

I’ve worked with all kinds of students, from those who want to do music professionally to those who just want something to do. Whatever you are looking for, I am here to support!

No need to be nervous! I understand sharing something as personal as your voice can appear intimidating, but there is no judgment here!

I recently did a solo performance at a nursing home in Billerica. It was so much fun and everyone was so kind and welcoming!
