Just got home from my first day at Legion!
I enjoy the RAW atmosphere, there are a lot of work out options at this place, its not all mapped out like other gyms. So if you do not know how to do a lot of Free Weight Workouts you might find it hard to get the type of workout you get at a High End Sports Club. Don’t let it detour you from there. Because they have trainers for an added Fee or you can just YouTube the workouts and accept the learning curve of not having a trainer or a machine that tells you how to do it.
The vibe was friendly, the music was high energy, but not Pop Music which makes a workout so lame....nothing ruins a workout like a Katy Perry song in the middle of you maxing out...lol
I shouldn’t even be suggesting this place because it is smaller and I would like my space while working out, but it’s more important to get the word out about small business and healthy living.
Looking forward to trying out the barber shop, beers, and member only fight nights , where they play the UFC fights at the training camp.
