About Tammy

I offer classes in multiple art forms and mediums. This allows lots of choice for people.

I got started "officially" 11 years ago, but I have shared what I know with people for much longer.

I am self taught on most everything. I have a natural artist gift that I was blessed with and I love to share it. I am art certified teacher for Texas and I have taught a week-long summer art camp for the past ten years.

About the lesson

I like to find out what they already know and what they want to accomplish. Then I may take it slow and methodical or just jump right in depending on their experience.

I have worked with all ages! I have taught ages 4-60. I have done one-on-one and groups. Groups are alwasy fun because of the fellowhsip that happens.

Ask questions

look at the teachers work

ask for pictures if that is aplicable

talk about the process of whatever it is you wish to learn

talk to them on the phone because hearing a person's voice can tell you a lot abotu them

I recently worked with a group of women who wanted to learn about pottery making for a girls night. We went through the entire process and had a blast together. My husband is a chef and provided a meal for the evening at an extra fee and we were able to make it a very memorable event for their girls outing.
