About Christopher
Our mission is equally three-fold:
1. Self-Improvement: We primarily focus on Martial Art and Holistic Health, along with anti-bullying or empowerment programs.
2. Community: Our alternative focus will be to support our community on a similar level as other faith based outreach programs.
3. Coach: Finally, our last focus will be to provide training, critique, or consulting in respect to the Internal Arts and developing striking skills.
40 years of martial art practice with experiences ranging from freestyle martial arts to one on one instruction in Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Karate and Tae Kwon Do. As well as in class instruction in Okinawan Karate and Jujutsu. Currently, since 1999, my focus had been efficient self-defense and Tai Chi Chuan
