About the lesson

In my approach to tutoring, I prioritize a student-centered and interactive learning environment that fosters both understanding and engagement. I believe in tailoring my techniques and teaching methodology to the individual needs and learning styles of my students. By assessing their strengths and areas of improvement, I can design a customized plan that maximizes their learning outcomes.

My teaching methodology encompasses a blend of explanatory lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world applications. I encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation, enabling students to grasp concepts deeply and apply them effectively. I often supplement traditional materials with multimedia resources and practical examples to make learning more relatable and engaging.

A typical lesson duration spans around 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for comprehensive coverage of topics, meaningful interactions, and practice sessions. This duration strikes a balance between maintaining student focus and delving into the subject matter with adequate depth.

With over 5 years of experience as a teacher, I hold a BSc in Psychology, a PGDE in Science, and a Masters in Educational Leadership, which equips me with a strong foundation in the subject matter and various different teaching techniques. Over the years, I have successfully guided students at various academic levels, from Secondary school to University, adapting my teaching style to suit their age and cognitive development. Additionally, I have tutored individuals pursuing careers in Medicine and Dentistry, Engineering and Psychology and have a proven track record of helping them achieve their targets.
