About Антон
Hi! I’m Anton, a former Ukrainian National Team rower with over 15 years of high-level competitive experience, including the Olympic Games and World Championship competitions.
I help people discover the benefits of rowing and use proven training methods from elite sports to achieve their personal goals. Whether you want to learn proper rowing technique, improve your Concept2 performance, build endurance, get stronger, or prepare for a specific rowing test, I will create a training approach designed specifically for you.
My coaching is based on experience, structure, and individual attention. I believe that great results come from understanding each athlete’s strengths, challenges, and goals. Every workout has a purpose — whether we are improving technique, increasing power, developing stamina, or building confidence.
I work with:

• Fitness enthusiasts looking for effective Concept2 and conditioning workouts
