About Janis
Drawing on my skills and knowledge, I will help you create a completely unique and personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals!
I am a fitness, life, and nutrition coach. Drawing from over a decade of experiences, I am able to guide my clients in becoming their authentic selves. What makes my practice unique? I work on the whole package. Mind, body and spirit working in harmony. It is my belief that when a client comes to me with a fitness goal, the journey expands them. I want to be fit or I want to compete is a path to become more. More than you were at the moment you made the decision.

Every client goes through an interview process. This gives me the opportunity to get to know my client better and I am able to evaluate their goals. We really dig in and identify any challenges ahead. This process help us plan better to ensure a successful outcome.
