About Gilberto
My service is great training programs at fair prices. Getting organized quality training programs shouldn't cost an arm and a leg!
I enjoy doing my best to best organize the programs for each and every client. Everyone is different so every one gets specific workout programs for each person to attain their goals!
started off just wanting to help my friends out a new then officially got my certification and trained in person as well for a while. Now since I live on the road as a professional baseball player, I offer online trianing!
