About Brenda
Brenda Mundt is an ACE Certifed Personal Trainer, PN L1 Coach, Tabata Bootcamp Instructor and a One Day to Wellness Coach who educates and coaches people to create a healthy lifestyle they can live with. Brenda created her online program so that her ability to help people would no longer be limited to a physical location.
Our purpose at Fit4You is to empower people to finally take control of their busy lives and create a lifestyle you can live with for years so they can live confidently, gracefully, and healthfully.
