About Chris
I have experience as a successful High School Coach helping many athletes on the field, in the weight room, and helping with recruiting. My training translates to being successful on the field. I am organized, structured, and have a progression to teach the fundamentals at each training session.
Watching everyone improve on a weekly basis and learning the fundamentals of the sport they love.
I have over 20 years experience as a High School Teacher and coach. I have extensive knowledge of football, lacrosse, fitness, speed training, as well as strength and conditioning. I also have experience with the recruiting process for college level athletes.
